Is Loyalty Concierge free?+
Yes. Loyalty Concierge is free during the public beta.
Do you connect to my bank?+
No. We never connect to your bank or credit card accounts, and we do not see your transactions. You choose what to share with us — cards, loyalty programs, and rough spending estimates.
How are recommendations generated?+
We use a deterministic recommendation engine. Given the same inputs (cards, programs, merchants, spending), it always produces the same score, the same annual value estimates, and the same ranked list of moves. Recommendations only change when you change your information.
How accurate are the dollar values?+
Values are estimates based on typical redemption values in Canada. Reward programs and card benefits change frequently — always verify current terms directly with the issuer or loyalty program before applying or redeeming.
Which programs and cards do you support?+
Most major Canadian credit cards, airline programs, hotel programs, and grocery/pharmacy programs are covered. We add more regularly. If you'd like us to support something specific, email us.
How do you make money?+
We're free during the beta. Over time we may earn affiliate commissions when readers apply for cards through our links — but recommendations are ranked by value to you, not by commission. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

No. Loyalty Concierge provides educational rewards guidance only. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Always verify offers and rules with the issuer or program before making a decision.
How do I delete my account or data?+
Email support@loyaltyconcierge.ca from the address on your account and we'll delete your data.
