By accessing or using Loyalty Concierge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory to use the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. What the Service is (and isn't)

Loyalty Concierge provides educational rewards guidance — recommendations, scores, and audits based on the information you share with us. The Service does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. Recommendations are informational only and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice.

5. Accuracy and change

Reward values, card benefits, program rules, fees, sign-up offers, and availability change frequently and vary by issuer, program, and individual circumstances. Always verify the current terms directly with the card issuer or loyalty program before making a decision. We do not guarantee any specific savings, earn rates, or outcomes.

6. Affiliate relationships

We may earn commissions from certain issuers or partners when you apply through links on the Service. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software on the Service remain the property of Loyalty Concierge and its licensors.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loyalty Concierge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or points value, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@loyaltyconcierge.ca.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
